剧情：
麦琳为替几年前“屯门色魔”案中惨死的姐姐报仇，任盈盈为了追求警察师兄，狗仔队记者程嘉美为了到警校获取爆料新闻，三个女孩子带着不同的目的报考了警校。沈教官极其严格，并在数月前曾经累死一名学员。
麦琳性格倔强冲动，她和活泼的任盈盈矛盾冲突不断，而同时程嘉美正在到处搜集资料拍照。每日面对刻苦操练，上山下海，这班平时享乐惯了的少女们被弄得死去活来，唯独琳因为心中有着为姐报仇之决心，但最终几人都冰释前嫌，成为了生死与共的好姐妹。
