剧情：
沙美娜是一名极端宗教主义恐怖分子，她与组织头目哈西开展了一系列针对美国的恐怖活动。在一次恐怖活动中，哈西娅杀死了二十几个人并绑架了两个孩子，政府迫于无奈，找到了男主角艾利来处理此事。在营救孩子的行动中，艾利俘虏了女沙美娜，随即沙美娜被C6控制，因为重伤而被改造成杀人机器。
成为杀人女魔头的沙美娜被指派杀死恐怖组织头目哈西，也就是自己的情人，成功后的沙美娜突然不受控制，开始了一场报复行动。
